For nearly two decades, Jerome has taught athletes and business owners how to think smarter, especially in pressurised situations.

This exploration started in 2005 as he sought to learn and understand how an emerging leader can evolve when he became a confidence coach at a rugby league club in England. Helping injured players regain their mojo to perform well. 

He now devotes his time to teaching business owners how to master their personal leadership so they can achieve their KPIs with ease and efficiency.
